Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for purchases due to change of mind. Please ensure the part you are ordering is correct for your vehicle before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Non-Working Parts
Refunds are only available for parts that are faulty or not functioning as intended. To request a refund, customers must provide clear proof (e.g. photos, videos, or a mechanic’s report) that the part is defective.
Claims must be submitted within 28 days of the purchase date. Once the part is returned and assessed, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only. Please note that freight/shipping costs are non-refundable.
